What is GEO?
Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is the practice of structuring your website so that AI systems like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity can understand, extract, and cite your content in their answers.
GEO vs. SEO
Traditional SEO optimizes for search engine crawlers. GEO optimizes for AI language models. The goals overlap but the tactics differ significantly. While SEO focuses on backlinks and keyword density, GEO focuses on content structure, authority signals, and machine-readable data.

GEO vs. SEO — den vigtige forskel
